Our intention is to connect local youth ages 14 -24 with local businesses and other job opportunities within our community with the goal of empowering themselves and also supporting our local workforce needs. The importance of a job for youth:

• Gain relevant real world work experience locally

• Develop and foster a work ethic

  • show up on time, work extremely hard, dazzle your employers, and develop an internal drive to succeed, no matter what the task

• Develop people skills

• Build accountability and visibility in our community

• Become independent and strengthen a sense of self

• Make money!
